The 2-day package includes continental breakfast, lunch and breaks each day, the Wednesday evening reception and entry to all sessions. The 1-day package includes continental breakfast, lunch, breaks and sessions. Registrations received after November 15, 2007 will be subject to a late fee of $30.00 (shown in parentheses).

REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received prior to November 15th will receive the following refunds:
  • 2-day registration—$55 refund
  • 1-day registration—$25 refund
  • Wednesday Evening—No refund
Cancellations received after November 15th will receive NO refund, however substitutions will be accepted.
